What happens if the power goes out? Will the item drop and break?
Answer: Don't worry! Our bases feature a smart fail-safe design. If the power is suddenly cut, the magnetic force automatically pulls the levitating object firmly up against the base (or gently rests it down, depending on the model), preventing it from falling and breaking.
Is it difficult to make the object float?
Answer: Not at all. Each PATAX product comes with an easy-to-use auxiliary tool (a positioning guide) and clear instructions. It might take 2-3 tries the very first time to find the "sweet spot" of the magnetic field, but once you get the feel of it, it takes just seconds!
Does it run on batteries, or does it need to be plugged in?
Answer: To maintain a strong, stable magnetic field for continuous levitation, our bases need to be plugged into a standard wall outlet. The power adapter is included in the box.
Is it safe to leave it running all day and night?
